This was a required textbook for class and surely wouldn't have been on my personal list to purchase (as there are so many other books out there). Much of this book can be confusing because there is much missing - i.e. written agreements and notifications and the author simply writes, "notifications'. It was quite confusing. That being said, I gave it three stars because of the useful and insightful case studies.

I thought this was a well written text. It was written in such a way that i could easily comprehend the information; it gives plenty of case studies that help 1. to see what a counselor might come across and 2. give helpful explanations of what should or shouldn't be done in that case.The paper is good quality. i bought the student edition for this book and another one and the other one's paper rips too easily. this one doesnt so it gets good reviews for that.It has a good layout and i appreciated that it doesn't read like a typical boring textbook.

Great book. Provides scenarios and discussions of the scenario afterward (rather than just posing a scenario and not discussing it like most textbooks do). It is really comprehensive and takes a realistic approach to law and ethics in counseling. I think this is a must read for anyone entering the field.

This had excellent information and I really enjoyed the examples. But I felt as if there were points in the book where it was more of an advertising forum for the author's Counseling Association than for ethics itself.

Required for a masters level class. It was well written and full of stories to make the info a bit more interesting. I rented it, but it would be a great reference book to keep as well.

A great text that prompts one to consider all aspects of ethics in counseling, from starting a private practice, to billing, to counseling families. Highly recommend this book, and it's definitely one I will keep as an invaluable resource in considering future ethical issues.

It uses clear examples to illustrate the issue at hand. The language is fairly simple as well.

The textbook is very good, but I am frustrated that I am unable to open it on the devices I utilize. Especially since I had to restore my iPad, and now I am getting a message that I have maximized the allowable devices. It was on the device to begin with!!!! Once a purchase is completed, this material should be mine to use as I wish.

“Mated to the Enemy” is the third book in the riveting High House Ursa series. It is an incredible fast-paced story that held me captive until the final page. Jessica, a human is running from the werewolves. She has accidentally over-heard a private conversation between three powerful werewolves and they are after her. She arrives at Ursa House in hopes that the bear shifters will give her asylum and protect her. Klaue a bear shifter is the first person she meets and she is stunned by the attraction she feels for him. Jessica is his fated mate but Klaue has a difficult time accepting that since she is human and could be a spy for the werewolves. This addictive page turner is filled with spine-chilling suspense, sweet romance and sizzling sexual tension. The superb writing and complex characters make this fabulous, action-packed story a pleasure to read. Another truly captivating story from a fantastic author. Another fantastic story in the High House Ursa series. Jessica is visiting her sister Zoe at the House Canis. Zoe is married to a High Lord, Lorran, and has been for 7 years. Jess goes to the wine cellar to get more wine and on the way back she hears something that rocks her world. Unfortunately she;s discovered and she runs. If it weren;t for her sister stepping in to take a magic spell she;d never have made it. She steals a hummer and leaves. One thought on her mind is to find shelter and she focuses on House Ursa. Meanwhile at House Ursa Klaue is contemplating the wedding invitation he;s received. He did accept with the plus one. Then Kincaid, the new Hunter of House Ursa bangs on his door and tells him to move his tush since they have to go meet Klaue;s mate. Now that is disturbing news since Klaue has no mate. But run with him he did to the garage for a vehicle and then to the edge of the driveway to wait. That;s when they see a hummer racing pell mell towards them. Only it veers and slams into a tree. Jess gets out and heads to the gate. She;s set upon the wolves then a rogue mage. She's saved but now her life or her sister;s life is on the line. She can;t tell anyone what she;s heard because it could mean death to her sister since she doesn;t trust her sister;s mate to be able to save her.
