This is a great book with delicious recipes. A great book that you most have. I one gripe is that there is no photos. Other than that it's great. Awesome job Ms.Hupp and I hope you make another cookbook.
This is very interesting. I had not realized how many things (besides frozen dinners) could be cooked in the microwave!

A side dish I remember from the student union cafeteria included brussels sprouts, yellow squash, and onions.

Although I’m a pretty decent cook and enjoy cooking very much, I have to admit that I viewed the microwave as nothing more than a “food warmer.†Katherine Hupp’s little collection was a great eye-opener. With a busy family with late baseball practices or art classes, sometimes cooking a nice meal isn’t a great option for a weeknight dinner. With these microwave recipes, I can still cook good meals, but without the tied up time (or the sink load of dirty pots and pans!) Ms. Hupp has broken her collection down into “Main Dishes†and “Side Dishes†categories, with a linked table of contents to make finding the perfect recipe as easy as a touch on your Kindle screen. From easy barbecue chicken to loaded omelets, you can find nearly anything you are craving, converted for the microwave. Recommended for anyone who loves great meals, but can’t always find the time.
